National Library Week!

National Library Week is almost here!

Monday, April 3rd, join Miss Kathy for a drop-in story time at Noon. Bring your lunch! Cookies and beverages will be provided. All ages welcome.

Tuesday, April 4th, celebrate the library staff! It's National Library Workers Day! Come to the Youth Services Desk and ask for a library tour if you have not seen the new building yet, or even if you have! All ages welcome! Then Tuesday evening join us for a release-day screening of "Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" (PG) at 6p.m. All ages welcome, but keep in mind there are some scenes which may be scary for the younger viewers. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

Wednesday, April 5th,
celebrate the start of the baseball season with a movie marathon. Starting at 2p.m. we will watch: "Angels in the Outfield," (PG) "A League of their Own," (PG) and "Field of Dreams." (PG) Ages 12 and up, please.

Thursday, April 6th, is Magic Pants Day! Join us at 3p.m. as we watch "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" (PG) and decorate our jeans! Bring a well-worn pair of jeans and we will provide all the decorations! Snacks and beverages will be provided. Ages 12 and up, please.

Friday, April 7th, join Miss Debbie for fresh baked cookies and Charlie Brown! At 2:30p.m. we will make chocolate chip cookies and watch "It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown!" (G) All ages are welcome!


No registration required for any of our special National Library Week Events!

Wednesday, March 29th at 10:15a.m. will be the last "winter" pre-school story time. Join Miss Debbie for stories, songs, activities and a craft.
